1. Materials–Construction–Notes

• Cabinets: Schneider Electric, indicative type Kaedra IP65. Lock included.

• Switching equipment: Schneider Electric.

• Terminal blocks are not included.

• Cable entry/exit from the bottom or top, through gland-plates without knock-outs or cable glands.

• Conductor routing inside the panels is carried out within plastic ducts.

• The internal wiring will be done with H05V-K and H07V-K type cables. The cross-section of the main busbar system and the internal conductor cross-sections have been calculated according to the rated currents of the switching equipment.

2. Certificates–Tests–Documentation

After the completion of their construction, the panels will undergo the routine tests specified by standard IEC 61439-1, which include:

• Inspection of the panel and electrical operation test (automations).

• Dielectric test under voltage 1890V / 50Hz.

• Verification of protective parts and electrical continuity of the protective circuit.

Each panel will be accompanied by a routine test certificate according to IEC 61439-1 and multiline diagrams in printed and/or electronic form (dwg files).
